We offer a 30-day return policy for most jewelry items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition and include all packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain body jewelry items may be subject to stricter return criteria.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original MARIA TASH gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has inspected the items and processed your refund.
